Contracts

We confirm that our contract with you only begins when we send you an e-mail confirming that we have accepted your order and have shipped your product. This contract will take effect even if you do not receive that e-mail. The contract will be deemed to have been concluded between you and Beautiful Books Ltd in the United Kingdom, and will at all times be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Purchasing information

We wish to be as transparent as possible with our customers. We offer a stated reduction on the recommended retail price of our books, and add the cost of postage and packaging. Postal costs are based on the cost of mailing in the UK or beyond. We use Barclaycard Merchant Services for all order processing.. We will indicate to you in the e-mail you receive from us confirming despatch the estimated time of delivery, but please remember that all we can do is tell you how long the national postal services tell us it will take.

We ensure that we despatch all parcels within seven working days of receiving your order. Normally, we try and do it quicker than that, but it won't ever be longer than seven working days. If you are concerned about the arrival of your parcel, please wait a week after the expected time of arrival before contacting us, as it could be that the item is experiencing some delay. We will do all we can to chase up the item for you.
